One of the major challenges with head-type belt cleaners is the "accumulation of transported materials in the cleaning section." However, the NVC-D type head cleaner solves the problem of material accumulation in the cleaning section by shaping the arm part like a comb, minimizing the overall projected area, and allowing for angled attachment of the scraping chips. Additionally, in terms of safety, it features a double safety structure with a stopper nut and stopper bolt, making it less likely to cause entrapment accidents. The cleaning chips are made of "corrosion-resistant ultra-hard chips" as standard, and they have an individually adjustable structure to accommodate uneven wear on pulleys and belts.
